The exercise selection for the classes are designed so that they can be made easier or harder to allow athletes of all levels to join in, regardless of whether you are a regular to training or just getting of the sofa.

Classes are £15 for one session a week limit, or £30 for unlimited choice of sessions throughout the week.
That will depend upon how and were you would like to train. In most cases it is more convenient to train in a gym or facility but we can program to fit your situation.
It is about finding what suits you, their are multiple trainers and coaches that will offer similar products/programmes but their delivery of it may not suit how you best train or operate.
